Yvons' New Favorite Toy

Y'know those drink palettes that you get from fast food restaurants that hold maybe 4 drinks and are made of cardboard-like material? I stick one of those in the bottom of Yvons' cage stuffed with treats, broken toy pieces, and sometimes paper or a paper towel. He gleefully gets his new one at bedtime, and by the next morning, it's whittled down to half its size. There are even compartments/dips for slivered almonds! He hangs from the perch above the tray, and he picks and chooses the treats he wants. He's a hoot to watch!

Oh, Avery LOVES those things! At one point, my son bought a 100 pack of them on Amazon for him. They've long since run out, so he gets them here and there when someone does a coffee run
