Zebra Finch Cuties

In addition to my lovebird I have two girl zebra finches, Fleet and Speedy, who are like best friends. They chatter all day to each other and cuddle right next to eachother at night.

I wanted to show some pictures of them cuddling because they are just adorkable.

They managed to somehow knock over one of their perches that day, I had to put it back up lol

I just love how they puff up and cuddle next to each other. I also like how they wake up. They're like a natural alarm clock. Fleet's the one without the spots, speedy has some black spots right at her breast which makes them able to be told apart.

Also, what's funny is if you BEEP at them, they beep at you back with more vigour and intensity! It's funny.

Anyone else here own finches?

Aww, they are precious! I also have some finches, 22 Zebras, 2 Cordon Bleus, 2 Gouldians, 2 red eared waxbills, 2 orange breasted waxbills, 3 Owls & 6 Societies. I so love the finches, they are all so different and I love the Zebras beep beeps

Years ago I had a pair who became 5. I love their chatter. It was amazing watching those three babies from egg to full flight. Nice thing is too they don't bite. Alison
