Welcome to the forum! I do not know of any reputable breeders, but depending on where your located, there are avian shelters (similar to the humane society, only for parrots) that adopt out. Never heard of a shelter that wasn't overflowing with birds in need of loving homes. Adopting a bird isn't for everyone, but it is an option not everyone realizes is out there

If you call the event's organizers you can ask what vendors will be selling live birds there. Once you have a list, you can research individual vendors and contact them about YNA's.
I did that with a pet fair last year (only I was interested in toy vendors), but the website was no help, so I called them and got a vendor list. They were very helpful and nice over the phone, unfortunately none of the vendors had anything I was interested in. At least I didn't waste the trip!
