Welcome to the forums!!!

You should always practice quarantine when introducing new birds to the flock! That means keep them as far away from each other as possible in separate cages. The one that passed might of gotten sick and they can die rather quickly after showing symptoms. The one that's sitting in the corner now is sick and you should bring him to a local vet to have him looked at. Depending on what he's got, you may treat all the other ones cause they may have it as well. Good luck!

I also think that he is sick and can die, but here we don't have any vet available, can you tell me what can be the common problem, is it due to lack of vitamin D as the sunlight here is low in my home... should I give him some vitamins syrup or some other things which is generally used.... let me know

There might be more serious underlying problems that needs to be examined by a vet to tell you as there can be so many things involved including dangerous viruses that can even be passed onto humans. So your best bet is search for a vet that knows about birds to run some test.

I've been to India and sadly there are more poori shops than vets . When a bird looks sick it's only a matter of time for it to die , one or two dies maybe . We can't really tell what kind if sickness it has , but I don't think it's from vitamins
