hi guys.. im just wondering, can we give nectar to cockatiels and budgies as a source of drink? if so, hw often can we give them in a day or week or month?? thank you guys..:

Mitred Conure - Charlie 1994;
Cockatiel - Casey 2001;
Wild Caught ARN - Sylphie 2013
Lorikeets naturally eat nectar, and I've heard that it can also be good for eclectus as well. However, for other species, it's rarely given or is usually only as a treat, if given at all. Never given my birds any myself, so can't say how often or not is 'ok'.
