He wanted to kick my butt a few minutes before this since I did his nails. He never likes that process!
Yeah Folger has a sad story but definitely is doing much better. He is actually starting to talk a bit again. I have yet to decide if this is good or bad:33:

I haven't tried him without a collar in his cage recently. The last time was that time he lasted 4 days I think it was without one and that was awhile ago now. I should probably try taking it off for short intervals to see how he does. I could also try taking it off during the day and replacing it at night since night time is when I remember him doing it more often. He is still fine out of his cage without but I think that's because he is busy watching everyone and plotting escape routes if someone gets too close.

Awww, I am so thrilled to see Folger! He is looking awesome, and so happy I have really missed seeing him, he stole a piece of my heart from the beginning
