Chico is showing his intelligence

Well I think Chico is about 13 months old now...he is exploding with new words and doing things like unlocking his cage and visiting my sons Goffins too. His vocabulary is growing by the day sometimes the first time he here’s a word phrase or noise he is by far the most intelligent parrot I have he is bossing the other birds around by yelling at them too do things it’s hilarious. Beings I worked in a prison for 25 years I tend too sound very bossy so I’m sure he picked it up from me.

I always find that hysterical when a parrot starts telling anoth pet what to do. Our Yellow SHoulder Amazon, Salty, tells our doggie, Tinker , to "Come here Tinker" "Tinker, go get a drink of water" or Want to go out puppy?" and stuff like that.

Chico sounds like a marvel!

The Rb tells many of our pets things... since he's been around for 34 years, some of these pets re no longer with us. Makes me sad when he calls them!

When Jonesy the goffin 'too lived with us,he'd go into a screaming frenzy VERY loud and for long periods of time.
Amy would yell as loud as he could "SHUT UP!!!" And that was the only time Amy would ever say those words lol.

Chico has exploded with his vocabulary...I can’t believe the intelligence of this guy if he here’s a word or like a three word phrase he almost gets it imidiatley. He is a spaz does not sit stil and will not stop talking or making crazy sounds he even makes the sound of water pouring into his bowl he’s crazy smart. My macaw starts yelling Chico tells him too shut the fu.. up damn it he’s a super potty mouth. I know it’s my fault but it’s hilarious.

Enzo tells ME what to do! She used to shout angrily, come here!!!! but after constantly ignoring her she now says, 'come here love' so im far more likely to go over to her, she normally has found something of interest of just wants to play
