New addition to the home-flock: a sun capped conure!

While he's quite a bit larger than Mochi, they seem to have taken to each other nicely, at least as far as how eager she is to preen him! Makes so nervous so her nibblng around his eye though! :orange:

Many congrats on your new family member! Mango is GORGEOUS!!!

I can understand why it must scare you when you see Mochi preening Mango around the eyes. I think she knows what she's doing, especially if Mango lets her. GREAT that they took to each other so quickly!!

Yes, I can be a bit of an anxious-hover-overer, but their supervised interactions so far have all been quite cuddly and cute, much to my relief!

Mango is beautiful! I have never seen a Sun capped conure before, what a stunning bird!
I think its wonderful that Mango and Mochi are getting along

Mango looks like a GOLD capped conure, not a "sun" cap! (sun cap would be a hybrid?)

If indeed a gold cap, then a very unique and gorgeous gold cap at that!
