Sneezing

We've had a baby sun conure for a few weeks now, and since he came home he's been sneezing several times a day. (You'd think it was allergy season for birdies or something!) I inquired about this at a vet check, but the vet said it likely was because he was trying to dislodge bits of hand-feeding formula. However, he is gavage feeding, and it's down to 2 times a day now, and the sneezing is the same. Does this sound normal, or does he need to go back to the vet? He's perfectly cheerful and active, his poops are consistent, and he's learning to eat on his own quite well. Any ideas?

No, nothing out of the ordinary. Yes, we cook and clean and the like, but no candles, air fresheners, etc.

Sneezing can be a worry with a chick, but it can be caused by an irritation, just like we get when something gets up our nose. If there is no discharge i don't think i would worry to much.

Sometimes they can mimic a sneeze as well.
