I do not truly know of any other way to describe, this new behaviour that Echo has been exhibiting. I say "Dancing" as his feet move quite quick in a random motion every time. It's actually quite amusing to watch as of late!
Whenever I am home on my day off, usually middle of the afternoon he will fly up to my bed. Begin to blink his eyes rapidly, and then I kid you not, he will begin to spin in seemingly random directions and then begin to LAUGH.
If you put your hand close by, he will lunge at it. Spin his body to side and attempt to grab one finger with his foot. If he succeeds he will give a little lick before quickly darting away, does "coo" then lunges at it once more.
Has anyone else encountered this time of behaviour?
When he grabs my finger, he will quite literally allow me to do anything I want to him. I can ruffle the feathers on his head, roll him over, lift both wings freely, lift him high into the air. All he does it stay there passively.
I normally would think he dislikes it (Eclectus Freeze) but he comes back for more after like 15 Seconds. It is almost like it has become a game?
