I am sorry for the loss of your Jasper, you were pretty pumped about getting him. He was a real cutie, judging by his first you posted. My condolences.

I am so sorry for your loss.
I do think it's a good idea to look elsewhere for a bird. It may not have been the breeder's fault, but you never know.
