At 4' that "ladder" could also be used a "suspension bridge" between a cage and a play stand perhaps? That was my first thought when I saw it at least

We made a custom one that was 14'! Yes feet! It was a monster!

It was hung in a large bird room, it looked amazing. Such a great set up!
