Never had a lovebird before, and need advice
On an aggressive year old, handfed baby, that
Hasn't been handled much lately.
Any hope, or is it pretty ruined as far as being
Able to be handled now?

I was in your shoes a fews months back. I rescued a ringneck that is very cage aggressive. He's a little aggressive outside of the cage also. I dont believe he was handled much, if any at all. My advice to you would be to take it slow, very slow. Sit by his or her cage and talk with him/her. After doing that for some time open the door and talk. Once she see's she's safe around you she'll come around. Be patient. That's the key. When I first got my ringneck I had to use a glove, now I dont need the glove. It takes awhile, maybe a long time. But if you stick with it, she'll come around.
