Hey All-
My name is David and I am a happy bird owner here in Chicago IL. I am 24 years old and my birds are super important to me.
They are in order of age:
Congo African Grey, Tiko: Tiko is a 4 year old CAG that used to work in kids shows. She was too finicky for the shows, so she sat in a cage for 4.5 years. I got her and she is my best bud. She is super cool. A little Finnicky but we've built a good bond.
Yellow Naped Amazon, Sweetpea: Sweetpea is my 5 year old Yellow Naped Amazon. Oh my god and she is every bit a baby. She is my most exceptional/only talker. I will have to post some videos of her cause she is a hoot! She is also a rescue, has been passed around to 7 homes to various reasons but she fits in well with me.
Normal Grey Cockatiel, Stanley: Stanley is my first bird I ever got and he is only 1 year old. He is actually a she but whatever. I got him from a breeder when Stan was just a little baby. Sweet little bird, a little moody, but they all are
Pied Cockatiel, Connor: Connor is my little...demon. He is 1 year old. I would rather have a bite from my Amazon on my face then a bite from him. He is a sweet little guy. He is also a horn dog and enjoys having relations with, well, all my tiles from time to time.
Normal White Face Cockatiel, Biride: I got Birdie 1 year ago and finished hand feeding her myself. Cute bird, very fun, very loud and just a joy.
Normal Cinnamon, Freddie: I got Freddie as a rescue. She was purchased from a pet store as a baby and sat in her cage laying eggs for 5 years. When I got her she was bone thin, not well cared for but she is the sweetest tiel I have.
Lutino Cockatiel, Daizie: Daisy is a 7 year old retired breeder. She is a little bit aggressive but she chills. Just giving her a good home. I could die in a fire and she wouldn't care.
Lutino Ringneck, Faith: Faith is from a breeder. Very Funny little bird
Thats the parrots! I look forward to being on the forums
