Hi! Have to tell you, I googled to look something up, and it brought me here and oh my! I've been lost in your pages for hours! Absolutely LOVE it! My son acquired a baby Severe McCaw, but all of you know who is really taking care of this baby. Maynard is approximately 7 months old and slowly weaning off his formula. He LOVES a varied assortment of fruits and veggies, I've been introducing every one that I can to him and he does love them. I've read since we got him which ones to avoid, so we are good with that. The "breeder" that my son got him from when he was 2 months old, cut his wings so "severely" that he still cannot get any air beneath them. He is just starting to get what I call his adult voice and screams out at me when I am washing the dishes, Hey come PLAY! I bought PVC and made him a play structure so he could be in the kitchen with me, but he is scared of PVC. He's scared of everything, takes much time to get him used to something. Can't let him just crawl around the floor unless the cats are out, although they do good together when we are down on the floor, but at that point he has my full attention. He is very attached to my Morkie, a 5 lb adorable dog, the dog cleans his/her face after he gets his formula. Pretty cute. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it! Thank you so much for providing this forum, as I have looked around and the advice around the internet just seems somewhat "shady" at best. :09: Not quite sure how to include his pic here
