Hello, I am hoping to locate a reputable Senegal Parrot breeder. I would prefer to find one in or close to North Carolina. I am specifically looking for a male baby Senegal Parrot who has been hand-fed, vaccinated, micro chipped, vet certified and comes with a health guarantee. Thus far I have been unable to locate anyone. I am willing to have my new baby boy micro chipped myself if that is an obstacle. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it. I am looking for a love bucket
