i thought my stuff was safe since my step daughter has her own house an means to buy her own cosmetics, and my son has grown out of trimming my make up brushes etc!! using my eye shadows when his paint sets ran out and so on.......

how wrong i was!
when i am getting ready to go out, nut use to watch me applying make up etc, now she just flys onto my head an tries to beak off with the brush i am using, she has so far killed 2 eye shadow brushes (the good ones!) got me to jab myself in my own eye with eye liner!

more often then not, i have to re do an clean up masscara, i am certain she lands on my head at that moment to make me look like alice copper!!!:11::mad:

and if she can't get her own way, she is on top of the make up cabinate, throwing tubes or containers of stuff i keep up there, off onto me!! she got a pot on my foot other day!!! i really must move faster!!

and to top it off her flying skills have improved, she can now hover!!! so when i go to knock her off my head, she hovers till its safe to land again!!!!

she'll be lookin like this soon :rainbow1: lol if she got her own way

thought new routine was not working as nuts been rather aggressive with my fingers for pass couple of days, well it was nail varnish, i'd forgotten about that as i don't often wear it on my hands due to my job, it dawned on me today as when we was having our nap, she tried chewing my nails off!!!:11:

so now my bathroom has to be parrot proofed! my make up locked away, but i do have some old ruby an millie stacker range that i will clean up an let her have as toys, but she'll prob drop them on my head when she realises there empty lol

any1 else have a diva-ishly vain bird?? lol

LOL, Nut you have to leave mommys stuff alone. You are too young to wear makeup! :D You'll look like those toddler beauty queens, all the best girls don't wear makeup until they are 16. :p

Merlin loves tubes of stuff, I found out antibotic ointment is not too toxic because he didnt die from it. Any tube has to be shut safely in the drawer. That means all drawers are filled w/treasure.

Conures- Paco
Oh how funny, Paco likes to come in the bathroom while I get ready. He loves to try and grab things out of my make-up bag, and I've caught him trying to take the q-tip out of the concealer. He also loves to dive through the sink while it's on. He really thinks my makeup is a set of toys for him.
