Jersey i have some David Austins & they are very popular in Pakistan among gardeners due to their strong fragrance, high petal count & unique shape. These pictures are of last spring.I ,l share some new pictures also.

Absolutely beautiful - thank you for sharing. I'm a huge gardener myself and have been since I was 8 years old. I love roses, and our climate is good for them except my location is fairly wet - sadly not good for roses but GREAT for most of the Iris family and they have stunning flowers. Another big limitation I have to deal with is wildlife, particularly the deer - who LOVE biting off a flower bud right before it's ready to open - what few roses I have (I prefer floribundas - small and bushy) often lose every bud and sometimes every leaf, to the deer. The 3 plants I don't have problems with the deer are Hardy Hibiscus, Irises, and daffodils - which I love. Tulips, as much as I love them, are a total waste to plant because the deer would nip the flower bud right off, and once that's gone, the whole year is gone for that plant.

Gary i grow double tropical hibiscus they are so beautiful.Irises specially the bearded ah i love it so much.Daffodils need chilling hours which my climate does not provide. At Abbottabad, a cold hilly station i used to grow chilling bulbs. Its good that we have some gardeners also on the board.

Unfortunately, I'm a serial plant murderer. I'm good with animals and children though, lol!

Beautiful flowers
