Conure colour change

Hi everyone, my green cheek conure is moulting, but the wing feathers have grown back stripey, they were just solid blue before. Does anyone know if this is a usual thing? I've never seen another green cheek with stripey feathers? Thanks for any insight anyone has Rose

Certainly looks odd.

Any color changes with feathers could indicate a problem, I would take your conure to a avian vet a get a blood test.
