Breakfast Question

I feed fruit in the morning or some warm oatmeal. My bird loves any kind of melon and apples and grapes and papaya.

Spirtbird, whats your recipe for your oatmeal? Do you do anything special to it to entice your bird?
I cheat. I purchase the instant oatmeal at Trader Joes with apples. Then I sprinkle with cinamon. It has very little sugar in it. I finish off what she does not eat.
