Can you rank each bird in order from least attention span and concentration to most?

timneh
senegal
budgies
GCC

Also rank them from the most cuddliest to least cuddliest in GENERAL.

By attention span, concentration i mean which can just sit with you and watch tv without dosing off elsewhere. Or Just interact with you the longest for periods of time whether it be watching TV or getting cuddles or scratches or learning tricks.

also if you guys can recommend me another small to mid sized bird (similarly sized to senegals preferably) who are known for good attention span but also quiet enough for the apartment then please do let me know.

Scooter -- male Green Cheek Conure "Normal" but that's a matter of opinion! Hatched in March 2010

Scotty -- Male Cape Parrot hatched somewhere between 2007-2009 we think

Caballo Blanco -- male C
I think you really are looking for "mellowness" more than concentration based on your description. Of my three birds, the cockatiel is the easiest to hang out with, followed by the Cape and then the GCC. Scooter would love to interact with me all day long, but he's like an Energizer Bunny, he doesn't really just sit still. He is very cuddly.

If you want a bird that likes to hang out and cuddle, you might want to consider a 'tiel. I was never drawn to them before Blanco flew up to our house, but they are very sweet birds. Not intellectual powerhouses, but quite agreeable. And quiet.

Capes also fit your criteria fairly well, but that beak can be intimidating and they do have rowdy periods.

^what debsflock said XD

When you said concentration span I would have been inclined to say greys first, and sort them by smarts... but by the rest of your description this would not be helpful.
'smarter' birds and larger birds while they may have an adequate attention span, will want to use it on something THEY want to do. and may not be happy just sitting there doing what YOU want to do, lol. They would prefer YOUR attention was on THEM. X)

A Timneh is quite a bit larger than a Senegal.

Senegals can be quieter birds and cuddly. But their attention span is quite short. If your wanting a mellow type bird that will just sit with you and watch TV, I would go with the grey or an eclectus. None of the birds you mention would be mellow birds.

Plus, Conures have a longer tail. Also one thing to consider about Conures, they can be LOUD birds.

From little to big - currently 6 Linnies; 2 Budgies; 1 BHP; 2 CAGs; 2 Zons; 1 GWM. Formerly in the flock: 1 LSC2 [fostered/rehomed] RIP: 1 budgie 1 WCP & 1 sweet Pan Am
If I was looking for a small bird, quiet enough for an apartment, mellow enough to hang out, I'd look at a lineolated parakeet, a male budgie, or a cockatiel. A female budgie would be okay, but my male is more affectionate & also a much better talker, if that is also a criteria.

Budgies are too independent and hyper for my taste and are not cuddly. I am not trying to gamble for the exceptions here.

Eclectus is to big. Which birds have the longest attention span?

I have only ever been a guardian to African Greys.
Here is my own personal experience, with Mishka, my African Grey, pertaining to attention span and concentration.
As long as I am sitting with Mishka, talking away to him, he will not move an inch, except to poopie. Last night we sat and chatted, for the longest period ever, for just over 3 hours, on my lap. He sits with his beak practically touching my nose.
If he looses interest, he will let me know, and we will not continue.
When I placed Mishka back inside his cage, he sat there for 30 minutes going over words he had just learnt. When taking him to his night cage to sleep, we sat chatting again for over 20 minutes.
Many times during the day, I will sit near his cage, (practically face to face) him inside the cage, on his perch, we have the most wonderful conversations.

Keep in mind, Mishka has been with my since 6 weeks old. I was working from home, during his first four years. He sat with me in my office, and we chatted for hours on end. He went with me on deliveries, to visit friends etc, chatting all the time. Perhaps that is where he has learnt to concentrate, and having such a long
attention span.

I love talking, believe me Mishka takes the cake.

i didnt really think there was much size difference between greys and eclectus... (i may be mistaken). But perhaps they were suggested because you have timneh on your list. :)
and male ekkies are very chill, and calm, as well as intelligent if you can handle the size and diet.
