Instant email notification

Hi,

I have set up my profile for instant e-mail notification for posts that I comment on or create, but I am not receiving the e-mail notification when a comment is posted. Can anyone help me with this?

When did you set it up like this? Have you not received ANY emails at all when someone else has commented?

i set it up the other day and no, I have not received any e-mails at all and I checked my subscribed threads and in the notification column, it says "instant". So not to sure what is going on.

Ok, I've brought it to the other mods and Admin's attention. Please bear with us while we try and figure this out.

I know that when I post a thread that I want to get updates on I have to go to advanced and scroll to the bottom and click on thread subscriptions and click the instant notification.

I went into your profile and checked out your selected preferences and YES, you definately have "INSTANT EMAIL NOTIFICATION" selected. You also will need to check your computer to make sure your cookies are setup to accept the emails. Also, make sure the emails aren't going into the spam folder.

Hi mike, yes my cookies are set up to receive emails and they are not in my spam folder so not sure what is going on.
