a friend with a green tailed budgie

has anyone ever heard/seen a green taild budgie. do u think that is wird. if u have any info to help us decide weather it is a new mutation or not. so plz can u help me and ratzy. ratzy will add some pics of it when she gets the chance.

I have absolutely seen this before, and it's getting more and more common. I see them in the pet stores often. Sorry to disappoint you two, but its not a new mutation.
