As a quick look, yes!

Note: With any grass based product, always check for Country of origin. The further away and/or hotter / wetting the climate, the greater the likelihood of a water based bug spray was used to meet USA import requirements. If you have a good nose, any scent you are uncomfortable with, let the toy 'air out' from 1 to 5 days.

Additional Note: If your parrot(s) likes to break the grass or like product down to fine pieces. It is better not to provide this type of toy for that parrot.
