So I have this Blue and gold macaw and I’ve had him for about a year he’s 3 years old he only like my brother and is not friendly to anyone else he attempts to bite anyone else that comes near him except some days he lets me pet him.Any suggestions on how I can make him friendlier to everyone.

Welcome hadiaoun8. Birds choose their primary bond and sometimes it just isn't the person who 'bought them as their pet'. That being said, are you the one providing treats, food and fun etc or is your brother doing this? Here are links to read that may help:
