Mana the manic female galah; yet to be named male corella
STILL trying to find a cage to arrive in time :(

I am considering bar spacing... Australia has very few options for cages and the majority are completely inadequette... I tracked down stainless steel cages but that are 1899.00 each! I will definitely be getting one in the future, but definitely not within the budget right now!

I have narrowed it down to a few cages... the one I wanted most will not be available until *sometime* in december. I cant rely on that, the last thing I want to do is mess up my birds first days by having to change him into a new cage etc.

Anyway... these are what I have... some are 3cm spacing, others are 2.2cm spacing, one is 2cm spacing and the oddly shaped one is 1.5cm spacing!
Which one is best?

3 Level Multi Purpose Pet Cage | eBay

Deluxe Parrot Combo Bird Aviary Cage with Play Top | GTmall Online

4 level 162cm Ferret Cat/Bird Aviary Cage | GTmall Online

This one is my favourite, but it doesnt have as accurate information available regarding its sizing, so I am concerned its 92cm wide including the seed skirt, which would make it too small :(

Any other suggestions, I would love to hear! I am even thinking about checking out petshops even though they will be horribly expensive.

I prefer the 2.2 or 2cm spacing... but the top cage is much bigger than all the others, my bird would have tonnes of space... is 3cm spacing too large though!?

would really like some advice :/

I can get a cage which is 41" wide with a 1.2" bar spacing OR
a cage which is 36" wide with a 0.9" bar spacing.
Both are the same depth and approximately the same height and pretty similar shapes. The smaller cage has better doors which allow better access to catch an unwilling bird. But the big cage is just sooo big, its the biggest cage available to me, but the bar spacing... it probably too large!? I need help! :(

Aerial's is an Avian Adventure Grand play top. 2.54cm bar space and 42x30x48. She uses all the width and depth. Height not so much.
