Bar spacing for caique?

I'm wondering how little you can go in regards to bar spacing. I currently have a cage with 1/2" bar spacing but I'm worried that a caique will have difficulties climbing. Thoughts?

Hi Glutes . In my opinion 1/2 inch bar spacing is a bit small for a caique as they are a medium to small sized parrot but extremely active!. Generally this spacing is found on flight cages for smaller birds like gcc and cockatiels. i would recommend a larger size of bar spacing for your caique as with the smaller size your bar spacing your bird may have difficulties climbing.
