Bright coloured orange feather on GCC wing?

Hello,

So he's always had a brightly coloured yellow/orange feather (we've had him for like... 4? 5? years?) but we noticed it got a little bigger recently.

His diet hasn't changed, and it's mostly pellet with some fruit and seeds as occasional treats.

I know in the photo it shows he chews his feathers; we're working on it, but he's almost always done it no matter how much time he spends outside of his cage. We're working on it
