Hello all i have another question about a budgie cage. I have a pretty large oak plywood cage that i originally built for reptiles its 36"w x 24"t x 24" deep. It is enclosed and has sliding front glass a wood perch and linolium flooring it has plenty of ventilation and room could i use this as a bird cage it will be easy to clean and have alot more than the cage its in now....it also has plenty of lighting so its not dark..

Is this a used or unused cage?

Unless you can thoroughly clean it, it might not be a good idea to use it for birds.

I know that reptiles can carry around some bacteria that may be natural to them, but harmful to birds.
