Can I Get My Bird Sick?

So I’ve been feeling kinda under the weather and I think I have a sinus infection. Am I able to get my bird sick by handling him? I’ve been working a ton and was planning on spending a ton of time with him but now I’m sick… I might sound crazy because he’s a bird and I’m a mammal but I just want to double check

Not commonly! Especially, with something like a sinus infection!
Sinus infections may require a call to your MD as most over the counter drugs are not effect against sinus infections.
