Yes he can which is crazy. After this he shifted and put his paw on my foot then put his head on his foot. At one point all three dogs AND Buddy were in the chair with me at the same. Talk about a lack of personal space lol but it's cute.
I could literally look at pictures of him all day long, what an absolute sweetheart!
