Cockatiel black spot or blood feather?

Hello people, hope you have a good day, i just arrived home and i realized there is a lack spot on Pika’s feather! His behaviour looks okay he sings plays eats normal. Does anyone have any clue what could happened to him? I will post a photo below. Thanks

He looks fine, but if you want to double check whether it's blood or not, you can just touch the feathers. If it's got a crusty texture then it may be blood. If he's not actively bleeding then there's no reason for concern

the feathers in this area feels dry and fluffy no crusty textures, i get him out everyday and he didn’t have it on him yesterday
