getting an IRN

Hi everyone...just wanted to stop over from the conure section to announce that I put my name on the list for 1 of 3 (so far) hatched IRNs yesterday. They hatched a few days ago. And while I know its only the first step I am thrilled! I currently have a GCC who is 9 months. I look forward to any advice you guys wish to share!

Not sure yet....Im hoping for a lutino. The breeder believes that she has 2 greens and a lutino. I saw pics....they are just bare little cute things. So fragile.
