Thought I'd share. Thoughts on gender? I think it's a girl. She's young though so her colors may still change, yes? I THINK she's around 6 months old.

Amy a Blue Front 'Zon
Jonesy a Goffins 'Too who had to be rehomed :-(

And a Normal Grey Cockatiel named BB who came home with me on 5/20/2016.
Such a pretty 'tiel :D

My BB was 4.5 months old when I got him (normal grey) He still had his baby cloths on and it took FOREVER for his true colors to show.
When I took him to his doctor for a wellness check I asked about his/her sex.
She told me because his cloths were showing "bars" on them,he was still in his first molt. His face was starting to loose its fluff and more and more yellow started coming thru.
He is now a year old and definitely a male..quite the handsome fella if I do say so myself
I have no idea what your little one is honestly...just have to wait for his/her first molt...it took a lot longer than I expected with Beebs

Then this is very exciting for me! I wonder what colors will show when he/she molts!

Two Cockatiels: Rascal (Geraldine) and his baby brother named Coconut!
The first pic is stunning... he/she has those tiny little white specks that look like twinkling little stars or sparkles on the chest area. Rascal had that too when he was a baby. I love the greys.
