Good seed mix brands?

(Yes I know birds shouldn’t get an all seed diet) but what are good seed mix brands? I still like to have some for foraging and training.

Honestly, I don't think any one brand is better than another. You might target mixes that have no sunflower seeds, but usually if they remove those they just replace with safflower which are also high in fat iirc.

If you live near a grocery with bulk grains, you can just buy bulk grains to use for foraging. White millet, red millet, safflower seeds, sunflower seeds, rolled oats, etc are all good options, and then you have a bit more control over proportions and can limit the higher fat seeds.
