It's been a while and like to report all is doing great. Phoenix has settled in and friends with my 2 parakeets now as well.

I wonder if this is just a Phoenix thing.
He is fine with climbing all over me but the second he sees my feet, socked or bare he goes full on attack mode. Luckily he has not been successful so far. But it's quite odd that he is so aggressive towards feet.

my sun did that too. it was dangerous cuz i could lose my balance while retreating my feet, and end up possibly step on him
