How much food to give my small Zon?

I am throwing to compost soooo much food since I got Marley.
I was wondering if I am giving her too much.
This is her dinner portion:

This picture was taken after she finished eating.....
She would eat blueberries, nibble on some beans, but most of what I give her would be left to gnats.
Do I give her too much?
Please keep in mind she is the smallest of all Amazon parrots being a Yellow Shouldered Amazon.

I would probably split that amount into two feeding. I'm still not sure about portion sizes myself and whatever the bird (Coco) doesn't eat I give to the dogs.

Yes, too much. Give her half of the amount, and you'll STILL have some leftovers, but not as much. And don't feel badly, please, at least she isn't throwing it all over the place.

Thank you for the picture YOu re lucky she's eating her fruit and veg I ve only had an amazon for three weeks, but I reckon thats a bit too much, judging from what my kiwi and my 4 month old eats, I d say try a little less at each feeding. Also how maytimes do you feed per day? Hope all is well. Take care
