I believe, yellow-sided green cheek conures. That cage is a bit small! Even for one little guy! What part of the world do you call home?

for a cage for these guys I would suggest this one. Bar spacing is for budgies/tiels so perfect for a conure and it's gigantic. I got a different cage for Rio that's slightly smaller and I'd say the brand (Rainforest cages) are the best. They're so well built and the cost is pretty reasonable

in relation to mutation they're high red yellow sided. Add the green cheeked conure part and you've got a mouth full!
