so like ya if you look at your dad's family and your family then you can often make a pretty geuss at what the gender is.

Or I hear tea leaves and astrology work pretty well too. Then there's tarot cards, dice rolling, coin flipping, or just asking the kid who bags your groceries cause his random guess should be pretty accurate to.

In fact I bet any one of the above could get you the right answer 50% of the time.

Actually it IS true that the family tree CAN help determine the gender of a baby. And it is dependant on the daddy's side. I'll have to find an article on it but it is true! lol
