Little bottle and paint brush that came with my cage??

HELLO!! Sorry I haven't been on lately( idk if anyone even noticed lol Kyros doing good! Starting up up in his "terrible 2's" D: lots of nipping but we're getting through it)

So enough about me I was wondering if anyone ever figured out what that little bottle and paint brush that comes with the new cages?? I was noticing the perches are getting old looking maybe it's to make them look better?? idk thought I'd check with y'all first thanks!!

maybe it's lubricant for hinges or something? maybe someone else knows.

It's extra coating for the bars if you need to do touch ups. I've never used it my self.
