Eclectus- "Junior" & Parrotlet- "Kittles"
Hi again,

So I'm worried about "Niles", my new 7 year old eclectus. Luckily I was able to get an appointment with the avian vet for tomorrow morning. He has hardly eaten (only 3 grapes and 3 tiny pellets), and took one sip of water. I had to hand-feed him. All he does is sit on top of his cage, quietly, staring. His feathers are in disarray, unlike my parrotlet's during a molt. I know that they have different feather types, but it looks weird.

His tail feathers are very short--not sure if he has signs of chewing? I've attached some pictures, please let me know what this looks/sounds like to you. I realize he hasn't been in my home for even 24 hours, and I need to give him time to adjust. But does he look sick to you? I'm having so much anxiety over this, my stomach is in knots. :(
