Hi guys and gals,
I was just observing my beautiful Northern rosellas and I've noticed that the females' Vent opening is larger than normal...Could this be a EGG on the way ,
she has been showing classic signs of the leading up to breeding ,Chewing up paper bark accepting food from the male.etc.... But I haven't got the cage for them they r in a large flyt cage atm.. For quarantine.
If she lays what will I do?. Get the egg? or leave it in there?
Any help would be great

Depending what the setup situation is like you may want to leave the egg but if you don't want chick you should replace it with a fake egg to let her incubate. Then you might think about separating them apart.
