I passed by some organic baby food in the grocery store today, and reading ingredients it sounded like something that would be good in a birdy mash.

Anyone ever use it? Is it safe at all or am I just crazy for even asking?

Oh yes, I think it's great! I always buy it when on sale and mix it with some pellets and seeds (sort of a mash).

Thanks guys! This is going to make my life so much easier and less expensive. Kyo won't touch frozen stuff, or cooked, and only likes it fresh fresh fresh, and I'm dealing with so much waste. Maybe introducing baby food along with her broccoli and peppers will be fun for her. I've bought kale but its not something I like to eat so I end up wasting so much of it ><
