Wish TOPS was available here or atleast something similar, the more I read into pellets the more bad I feel feeding it to them, currently my birds will not eat enough veges to sustain (bella being the more stuborn one) so they're diet consists of pellets, sprouts and little dry seed.

My second choice (if I could get them in UK) would be Goldnobles. Can you get those?
Have you tried making a chop? This is such a good vehicle for stuffing so many good things in. Shredded, finely chopped, grated means it is difficult to search through which my RB2 Plum tries. He was a monster to feed but he has got used to chop. Good news on the sprouts btw, this helps get them used to veggies too.
