Plants for birds?

So I know orchids are not harmful to parrot so My conure is chewing on my beloved Zygo orchid leaves. He is really enjoying it so I am letting him because well he is spoiled.

I want to get sprinkles his own plant. One that is a FAST growing house plant I can let my conure nibble on. Any Ideas?

Alfalfa is great!

Annual alfalfa! Same stuff sold in ‘health’ food stores.
