i have a mice problem breeding in the nesting boxes and parrots will not breed ???? any idear how to help me

Don't put up boxes until your ready. Clean up better around your cages and get rid of the mice. here in the southern US is use small corn snakes (when birds aren't actively breeding) to hunt down the mice and too small to bother the birds. Corn snakes work great indoors because they'll find their way outside after wiping out all the mice.
