Quaker parrot's ear is swollen

Hello all! I have a 1 year old quaker parrot and for the last few days, her left ear has been swollen and the skin around it is dry. Her feathers that cover the ear also look damp. Anyone ever had this happen with their quaker parrot?

i'm not an avian vet but I really think that needs to be looked at by an Avian Vet.
Do you have one?

Well I'm gonna take her to an avian vet today, but she's my first bird, so I don't have a go-to vet yet.
