Red pimple

Hello, my bird has a red pimple in his wing edge

He's on supplements and was using antibiotics for his treatment

He's not itching that area or anything strange tho and still energic i just by accident noticed it today and i can't rest at all

I asked a vit but he said that he needs to be in a warn environment and there's nothing serious

But please if anyone has similar experience let me know I'm so worried

Also please if you guys know any valid online vet i can ask don't hesitate to let me know :*( i don't have any vet nearby only the vet/ bird owner i mentioned

No,he's 3 year old
But his feather is falling due stress and depression. He's doing well nowadays and grows back tiny feathers
