Changing out the paper on this perch is easily done and you never have poop to clean off the perch. Here I used colorful cordage to dress up and provide a non-slip surface. You could also use medical tape for this purpose which would make replacement when soiled even easier. Construction cost is around $5 and all parts can be purchased at Home Depot.
