Sun conures wing

My sun conure "Akiro" will sometimes droop the left side of his wing, but only where it has been clipped, I've only noticed it recently, and he only does it sometimes. Should I be super concerned or could it just be he doesn't like how it feels? It looks like it was clipped poorly and that could be why it's bothering him.

Chances are, it's the clip bothering him because his wings don't "sit" or "rest" right when he has them tucked in against his sides.
